He will bring his signature dish - Smoke grilled salmon fillet served with cold German potato salad. Come try his Salmon that’s prepared right on the spot and served hot. It's a secret family recipe for 30 years!
Also we will have smoked salmon dip (made out their best seller salmon) served with crackers - Choice of original or jalapeño dip.
